No. Each meter socket is shipped with a waxed cardboard cover over each meter socket. For a permanent out of service closing plate, use part number 29007 Lexan closing plate for CSED Meter Mains, All-In-Ones, EZM, EZMR (1 phase), EZMH, EZMT, MP, MPR, and MPH units. For Type EZMR (3 phase), EZML, and MPL, use permanent out of service metal closing plate RSG4.
