QMB panelboards built in 1984 or before.
Resolution:
If the interior was built before 1961, there are no switch replacements. If the interior was built after 1961 but before 1984, the replacement switch would be a QMB364. If the switch is going to be installed in a QW panel board or switch board, a plug-on extension kit, part number QMB-320-EX, would also be required.
