Resolution:
The ONLY safety switches that are available for use with a 200% rated neutral are shown below:
1) The general duty, 200 A, series F1 ONLY and requires (1) additional neutral kit, SN20A, and the neutral jumper kit, SN20NI.
2) The heavy duty, 200 A, series F5 & F6 ONLY and requires (1) additional neutral kit, SN20A, and the neutral jumper kit, SN20NI.
3) The double throw switches do NOT have any 200% rated neutral capability.
