Environment:
UL 67, UL 50, CSA C22.2 No.'s 20-M1989 & 94-M91, NEMA PB1, NFPA 70 Art. 408, Federal Specification W-P-115C Type 1 Class 1

Cause:
If a panelboard main breaker is removed and not replaced, the opening in the dead front where the main breaker handle protruded must be closed off.

Resolution:
Closing plate is 80113-228-03, and qty (4) mounting screws, 80025-067-01, are needed as well.

NOTE: This is for Series 0 NF panelboards only.  There is not a closing plate available for Series 1 panelboards.
