The appropriate bus or conductors that would be required from the load side of the meter socket to either the service disconnect base or factory installed lugs will be factory installed. Depending on the exact design layout of the 400 A CSED, it might require the installer to field install conductors from the lugs or base to the disconnect once it is field installed.
