Resolution:
The standard 400 A  solid neutral aluminum mechanical lug can handle (1) 1/0-750 kcmil, or (2) 1/0-350 kcmil incoming conductors. Its is part # 80122-137-50.  The 200% rated solid neutral comes with two terminals with this same rating per each.
