The ``x`` means ``or`` and the ``/`` means ``and``
WARNING: You cannot connect an ``x`` winding for single phase three wire connection. Example: while you can connect a 120/240 winding for single phase three wire operation, a 120 x 240 winding can only be connected for either 120 or 240 and cannot be used to supply both.
