Cause:
Correct replacement filler plate contingent on panelboard series.

Resolution:
EFP is the single pole filler plate. This filler plate should not used in the current style E1, only on Series 0 panelboards built prior to October, 2008.
NFFP15 is the single pole filler plate to be used on Series E1 NF panelboards built after October , 2008.
