Issue:
A building with secure internet networks is using LCS to communicate to Powerlink Panels.   The facilities engineers only want to open the port that is required for LCS to reach Powerlink.

Cause:
A building with secure internet networks is using LCS to communicate to Powerlink Panels.   The facilities engineers only want to open the port that is required for LCS to reach Powerlink.

Resolution:
LCS communicates to Powerlink via the Powerlink Modbus registers. In standard Modbus protocol, Ethernet Port 502 is used for Modbus TCP/IP communications.  LCS uses Port 502.
