Issue:
APF fault on the ATV61 drive

Altivar ATV61

Environment:
All with an CIC or controller inside card

Cause:
The drive will ramp up and then trip on APF fault.

Resolution:
The APF fault is a fault or error on the controller inside option card.  Try swapping or replacing the controller inside card that has an identical program inside the card.
