The part number for the door kit is QOCDK60.
NOTE: The HOM60120M200PC and HOM60120L225PC both come with covers that DO NOT contain a door. Also, please keep in mind the QOCDK60 is ONLY a box top type of door that is ONLY suppose to attach to the front cover on the load centers and go over the deadfront area ONLY, where the branch breaker handles show.
