Issue:
Can two liquid level relays be used in a single tank?  One would be for low level detection and a second for high level detection.

Resolution:
Yes, in this application two relays could be used.  The second high level relays' probes will not interfere with the low-level probes as the high-level probes will only become wet when the water has hit its high point.  At this point it will not matter if the high-level probe picks up the low-level probe signal.  In either case it will detect liquid and change its contacts over.
