Issue:
Possible causes for an ATV66 drives to blow the input line fuses on power up.

Resolution:
Before replacing the line fuses and power it back up again, please get a Fluke meter, and do a full diode static check on the input L1 L2 L3 and U, V, W output terminals to + and - bus.
The full diode check will show you two readings, you will measure .3vdc to .7vdc in forward bias direction or OL in the reverse direction.
Please reference the ATV66 troubleshooting and repair manuals VD0C06S701, and VD0C06S702 for more information on where and how do perform static checks on the drive.
