Cause
Issue with the Alarms.ENMAlarms.dll in the .../system/bin folder of Power Monitoring Expert
Resolution
*Warning: Take backups of any files prior to modifying them. Ensure the backups are in a location that will not be overwritten (i.e. the Desktop).
- Replace the Alarms.ENMAlarms.dll in the .../system/bin with the one from the attached Hotfix.
- Restart the ENM services by clicking Start -> run -> services.msc
The Services are:
PL Alarm Sentry Host Service
SE Event Gathering Service
SE Event Notification Service
SE Event Logging Service
