End of Life Announcement for Wiser Air Thermostat
Schneider Electric announces the end-of-life and end-of-support in North America for the Wiser Air Thermostat and the decommissioning of the Wiser Air Thermostat mobile and web applications.
The Schneider Electric Support Team will continue to help customers still using the product until the servers are decommissioned.
Eligible Wiser Air Thermostat models:
  • WISERAIR10BLKU
  • WISERAIR10BLKUS
  • WISERAIR10WHTUS
  • WISERAIR10BLKCA
  • WISERAIR10WHTCA


Wiser Air can only be controlled via the thermostat if the application servers are down or unable to access the Wiser Air account.
