Resolution
LE driver for PM5000 meters on ION Enterprise 6.0 SP1 attached to this article.

Run the "PM5000 LE 6.0.1.11 Driver Setup.exe" file inside the zip, and follow the installation process.  Once completed, The PM5000 series LE will be available when adding the device in the Management Console as a Device Type.  Add the PM5000 and verify connection.  If the newly added PM5000 meter values are not showing on Vista, perform a server restart.

NOTE: ION Enterprise 6.0 SP1 is no longer supported.

NOTE: This driver is a LE (Limited Edition) driver. The LE driver supports all real time data registers, default PC logging but doesn't support retrieval of onboard logs or any digital output control operations. The PM5000 series meter is fully supported on the newer version of the software, Power Monitoring Expert 8.2 and later.
