Can you ship a can or panel enclosure, ahead or from stock, on a factory assembled panel that states ship completely assembled?

Resolution:
No. It is not supported nor recommended to ship cans ahead. Panels that are designated and specified to ship completely assembled are due to a few issues.
1. Power supplies and CT's required are shipped complete and wired from the factory.
2. Panels that are supplied with the 600A L frame mains are two heavy so the can is shipped with the interior to protect the interior from damage during shipping.
3. Split bus panels require special construction and again the weight of the panel and the two interiors are a factor.
