Resolution:
ZSI protects busses between the associated breakers with ZSI feature. Differential protection protects the associated breakers and the busses and is more often used for MV systems. Differential protection is available for LV and is more difficult to apply than with MV breakers due to additional space needed in the associated enclosures for the CTs.
