Issue:
End-user took a webinar on VFD and cannot print his PDH certificate.

Cause:
No instruction to print off the certificate.

Resolution:
The PDH and webinar certificates are from the Partner Portal, not Energy University.

These are the instructions for printing the certificate.

Log into the Consulting Engineer Website Portal at the URL address below:
https://partner.schneider-electric.com/partners/Menu/login
1. Click on the Training tab in the header section
2. Hover over the Learning tab (Top Left) & click My Courses
3. Click on the Active drop-down box and change to Completed
4. Click on the title of the webinar or any previously viewed webinar that you would like to print your certificate.
5. Scroll down to the Training Progress Details & Click the Print Certificate link
