Resolution:
Some Industrial Grade Specialized Paints have strict application safety requirements regarding proper application and PPE guidelines.  A properly Certified and bonded Electrical Equipment Commercial Painting contractor is recommended for this task. MV Transformers are painted Munsell Green #7.0GY-3.29.
