NQ panelboards fingersafe per UL67 and NEC changed for 2017

Cause:
Per UL67 and NEC changes the NQ panel-board must meet certain criteria for finger safe operation.

Resolution:
The only Fingersafe offer we have today is the one described by the attached flyer.
That product is already compliant with the changes to UL 67 and the NEC that are effective on 1/1/17.
We intend to Launch an enhanced Fingersafe NQ offer 1Q17, but we aren't in a position to provide details about that offer to customers at this time.
