Will it be possible to terminate (1) 600kcmil wire per phase cable using the CU400L61K3 lug kit with a 600AF/400AT  LJA36400UXXX breaker ?

The CU400L61K3 lug kit is rated for (1) 3/0-600 kcmil / per phase Copper wire ONLY. For 600kcmil Copper wire, used in Raceway, the rating is 420A.
