Installing Powerlink LCS Advanced Version 1

Product:
LCSAdvanced and LCSBasic version 1 software for G3 controllers (Not for NF3500g4 controllers use version 2 for G3 and G4 controllers. Use catalog LCSv2)

Environment:
Windows 7 thru Windows 10

Cause:
If software is not installed with the correct administer permissions the software will not run correctly
