Resolution:
Replacement is VB-7263-0-4-07, the (-6)  in the old part number "VB-7263-203(-6)-7" indicates a special O-Ring that an OEM Dri-Steem uses.
The O-Ring has now been replaced and is indicated in the (-4) in the new Valve part number VB-7263-203-4-07. Also will need Linkage Kit AV-7400 to be used with the MK-2690 Actuator
