A customer may want a reusable ramp to use on AR3***SP cabinets.

Environment:
All versions and serial ranges.

Cause:
If a customer loses their shock packaging ramp, or requests a reusable ramp, is there one available for the AR3***SP cabinets?

Resolution:
The NetShelter shock packaging (AR3***SP) cabinets ship with single use wooden ramps.
The NetShelter SX3K Integrator Ready (AR9***) cabinets have a reusable metal ramp available with with the cabinet, or separately under sku AR9000RAMP.
The AR9000RAMP is also compatible with the NetShelter SX shock packaging cabinets (AR3***SP)
