How can we help you today?
Can the ATV212 be programmed for inverse speed reference?

Issue:
Wants to program the ATV212 for inverse speed reference.

Resolution:
Yes, this can be accomplished by reversing the applicable analog input's scaling. Determine which analog input (VIA or VIB) you're using for speed reference.
For VIA:

Set F201 to 100%
Set F203 to 0%

For VIB:

Set F210 to 100%
Set F212 to 0%

For example: If you're using a 0-10V speed reference on VIB, and you want it to work inversely, you would set: F210= 100% and F212= 0.

Note: These values are assuming that you're using a speed reference range of 0-10V or 0-20mA. If you're using any other range (5-10V or 4-20mA, for example) or need assistance finding these parameters, see this article for details.
