Is there a listing of Primary and secondary identification of the pads for an obsolete 45T3H transformer?
Issue:
What is the PAD sequence designation for the Primary and secondary connections of the 45T3H transformer?

Product Line:
OBS LV Transformer

Environment:
Installation

Cause:
Wiring

Resolution:
Looking at the Pads, from where the lugs are attached for connections, the thinner pads are the Primary pads and the larger ones are the secondary pads.
The pad designation of the 45T3H transformer is as listed below, from left to right when looking at the coils:

H2-X3-H1-X0-X2-H3-X1

NOTE :
The X0 Neutral should have the same size wire connected to it, as well as, all of the 3 coil wires which are welded to it. There should be a total of 3 wire welds on X0.
