Resolution:
The packing and cartridge assy only is p/n YBA-652-2. The total rebuild kit with stem that includes the packing kit YBA-652-2, is part number RYB-921-13 for the 3" valve.
The total rebuild kit for valves sizes 2 1/2"-6" is the same RYB-921-XX prefix where XX is the valve size 12-16
