This is a special transformer for the GM Plant in Detroit. The 3KVA , epoxy encapsulated transformer has a 480V/575V dual primary 240V secondary which makes it a special.
The enclosure is the standard 10A style and uses (1) short and (1) large bottom cover plates. The Short cover is p/n 39002-288-06 and the Large cover is p/n 39002-287-06
