Can the NW cradle be locked in any position?  Or in the disconnected position only?
Issue:
Can the NW cradle be locked in any position?  Or in the disconnected position only?

Product Line:
Circuit Breakers

Resolution:
Locking in disconnected, test, and connected positions is optional for IEC NW breakers and standard for UL/ANSI.
This applies both to padlocks and Kirk keylocks, and it can be changed in the field.
To convert the lock:
1. Make sure cradle indicator is in the disconnected position.
2. Remove circuit breaker from cradle.
3. Insert racking handle.
4. Rotate latch to the left. Cradle can now be locked in any position.
NOTE: To return cradle to locking only in the disconnected position, rotate latch to the right.
