What are the repair parts for a QMB3640?

Resolution:
The QMB3640, series 4 switch and any associated parts are no longer available. Depending upon the age and style of the panel, the QMB3400LA might be a suitable replacement. If the panel is a QM style panel made before 1961, there would be no replacement available. If the panel is a QM style panel made between 1961 and 1984, the QMB3400LA will work as a replacement. If the panel is a QW style, then the QMB3400LA will work as a replacement with the addition of the QMB310EX plug on extension assembly. For further explanation, see attached document.
NOTE: The QMB3400LA will only have 42 kAIC @ 240 V, 30 kAIC @ 480 V, 22 kAIC @ 600 V.
