Every SquareD/Schneider Electric Low Voltage Dry Type Distribution Transformer receives and must pass the following tests per NEMA ST-20 before it is allowed to leave the factory:

Visual
Polarity and Phase Relation
Ratio-tests
No-load Losses and excitation Current
Dielectric - Applied potential and Induced potential

As well, there are additional tests completed per NEMA ST-20 on first design of each transformer rating:

Impedance
Load Loss
Dielectric - Impulse
Audible Sound Level
