Resolution:
The BCV is mounted to the cover with rivets. The rivets used should be .125" in diameter with a recommended grip range of .126-.187. A bead of sealant is required to be applied around the base of the cover to maintain the NEMA 3R (rainproof) integrity. Dow Corning #731 Sealant, or equivalent, is recommended.
The rivets and sealant are not provided with the cover.
