The UL standards only test using 75 degree C conductors, so even though it might be marked on the lug itself stating '90 degree C', the devices are all UL tested and listed for use with 75 degree C conductors.
NOTE: 90 degree C conductors may be used if installed in accordance with the NEC (National Electrical Code) following the 75 degree C table.
