Resolution:
The QMB303T is an obsolete design 240V, Series 4 switch which utilized 3" of mounting space. The current replacement is a QMB321T (Series D2) switch which requires 4.5" of mounting space. The QMB306LEX extension kit will be required to install the QMB321T in a QW (38" wide enclosure) type interior manufactured before October 1984 but after 1961. An extension kit is not required to install the QMB321T in a QM type interior manufactured after 1961 but before October 1984.
NOTE: The QMB321T cannot be installed in QM interiors manufactured BEFORE 1961 or in the current Series E1 interiors.
