Only multimode fiber is supported.
62.5/125µm multimode is recommended for the 490NRP95400.

Below are two other supported cables along with db loss.
50/125 mm cable 3.5 dB/km
62.5/125 mm cable 3.5 dB/km
100/140 mm cable 5.0 dB/km
