Below are the steps on how to become a Schneider Home Certified Installer:
Before you begin:
- If your company is registered, reach out to your company administrator to invite you to join the program.
- Provide COMPLETE and CORRECT company information. Incomplete information may lead to processing delays.
STEP 1: Register on mySchneider (www.se.com/myschneider). Use your work email.
STEP 2: Verify your account with a code sent to your registered email. If you do not receive an email, check your spam.
STEP 3: Enter information. For Company Name, enter company name and click the Search button.
- If your company does not appear, select Register your company at the bottom to create a new account. By default, you will be assigned as Admin of your company.
- If your company appears, select it in the dropdown. Verify that company name and address are correct.
- If colleagues from one company are registering at the same time, one user creates the new company first and invites other colleagues through the Invite Colleague feature.
Note: Avoid creating duplicate companies. This will affect your access to eSetup app and the Installer Portal.
STEP 4: For Business Type, select SOLAR INSTALLER.
STEP 5: From your mySchneider homepage, click on Programs on the navigation bar and select Schneider Home Installer.
STEP 6: On the Program page, select the Requirements tab.
STEP 7: If the company information you provided is complete, your status will be at Request Enrollment and will move to Enrolled within 5 to 7 business days after application.
STEP 8: While enrollment is in progress, you may take the training. Expand Certification in Progress and click Get Certified.
STEP 9: When you are enrolled in the program and after you complete training, your status will move to Certified. Your Certified Installer badge will appear on your program page. Right-click on the badge, download, and include it in your email signature, social media, or website to proudly announce your Schneider Home certification.
