Accuracy error:
The accuracy error of the quartz oscillator is:
1. At 0 and 70°C : -101/20 ppm, error in second/day is -8.7/1.7, in minute/year is -53/11.
2. At 25°C: -20/20 ppm, error in second/day is -1.7/1.7, in minute/year is -11/11.
