Resolution
Follow the steps below to determine the installed Advantys Configuration Software version:

Launch the Advantys Configuration Software.

In the main toolbar, select Help.

Choose About from the dropdown menu.
The version information (e.g., V3.0.0.3) will appear in the About window.
