Issue
All three (3) outputs of the 'XMIT' block are simultaneously on at the same time

Resolution
If All three (3) outputs of the 'XMIT' block are simultaneously on at the same time, it is an indication that
the loadable was not installed correctly. The NSUP block was not loaded first.
To resolve the problem:
1.) Delete the' XMIT' block from the ladder logic for the project.
2.) Delete the 'NSUP' and 'XMIT' loadable from the project by using the following steps:
- Click on Configuration\Configuration to open the Controller Configuration window.
- In the 'Controller Configuration' window, click on the 'User Loadable' tab.
- In the 'User Loadable' tab, click on the loadable block (i.e., 'XMIT') and -then click on the 'Delete' button.
- Click on the 'OK' button to close the 'User Loadable' tab.
- Repeat the last four (4) steps to delete the 'NSUP' loadable.
3.) If the loadable are shown in the 'Loadable Library' list, proceed to step (4). Otherwise, if it
cannot be seen in the 'Loadable Library' list, add the 'NSUP' and 'XMIT' loadable into the 'Loadable
Library' by using the following steps:
- Click on Configuration\Configuration to open the Controller Configuration window.
- Click on 'Loadable Library' tab.
- Click on the 'Exe format' button.
- Click on the 'Browse' button and browse for the loadable file (i.e., 'NSUP.exe') file.
- Click on 'OK' to open the file.
- Click on 'Select Library' to find and open the library.
- Click on the 'Transfer' button to transfer the loadable into the library.
- Click on the 'OK' button to close the 'Loadable Library' tab.
- Repeat the last eight (8) steps to add the 'XMIT' loadable to the library.
- Click on Configuration\Configuration.
- In the Controller Configuration window, click on 'User Loadable' tab.
- Click on 'NSUP' in the 'Loadable Library' list.
- Click on 'Load' to load the 'NSUP' into the project database.
- Click on the 'OK' button to close the 'User Loadable' tab.
- Repeat the last five (5) steps to add the 'XMIT' loadable to the project.
5.) Add the 'XMIT' block back into the project.
