Resolution
The request packet interval (RPI) for an Ethernet IP slave device is configurable using the following
steps.
- Double click on the 'Ethernet/IP' icon to open the Ethernet IP Configuration Tool,
- Double click on the slave device to open the slave properties configuration window.
- Click on 'Connections'.
- Click on 'General'
- Double click on 'Request Packet Interval'.
- Change the value in the textbox in the 'Setting' section of the window.
- Click 'OK'.
- Click 'OK' to close the slave properties configuration window.
- Click on 'Save' to save the changes.
