Not all CM4000 meters can detect flicker severity
Resolution
The CM4000 and CM4250, by default, do not have the capability to detect flicker severity.
To detect flickers on these meters the Current/Voltage Module Transient (CVMT) must be installed
The CM4000T by default can detect flicker severity
