Issue:
What does the condition code SOC mean on the ATV61 and ATV71 drives?

Cause:
There is a output contactor and the drive is programmed output contactor command is set to OCC

Resolution:
SOC means the OCC output contact cut is active or the motor is disconnected and OPL is set to OCC  with a run command on the drive. .
Try checking the motor connections on UVW or T1 T2 T3 make sure the motor leads are connected.
Try setting OPL to NO and running the drive open circuit to check output voltage on UVW or T1 T2 T3 motor leads.
