Issue:
Created a Vijeo Designer project within SoMachine v4.1, v4.2 or v4.3, why is the simulation button greyed out?
Product Line:
Vijeo Designer, SoMachine
Resolution:
If you have installed SoMachine v4.1, v4.2 or v4.3 (which includes an embedded version of Vijeo Designer v6.2), but only registered the license for SoMachine, when creating a Vijeo Designer project outside of SoMachine (as "Standalone" Vijeo Designer), you will not have an option to run the Simulation mode. In order to run Simulation mode, you will need a stand alone license for Vijeo Designer.
One easy solution for this is to archive the Vijeo Designer project as .VDZ and import it into SoMachine. When opened inside a registered SoMachine, Simulation mode will be available.
