OSF is a Mains overvoltage fault. The VFD monitors the DC bus voltage.
Consider possible causes:
• Line voltage is too high:
- At drive power on only, the supply is 10% over the maximum acceptable voltage level
- Power with no run order, 20% over the maximum line supply
• Disturbed line supply and power quality issues
After removing the source of the overvoltage, cycle power to the VFD to clear the fault. If the VFD powers up to OSF, then it has re-faulted.
