The following steps can be used to re-install the Connexium Network Manager (CNM) software without losing the authorization:

Start CNM.
Create a backup zip file by clicking on File\Save Backup.
Close CNM.
Insert the CNM installation CD
Run the setup for the CNM installation (This will uninstall CNM). After the uninstall finishes, you will be prompted to run the setup again.
Install CNM by running the setup again.
Start CNM.
The configuration and database information should appear after starting up. The license information should also still be preserved.
Restore the backup if needed.
