How can I know if there is a broadcast storm on the network with an M580?
With Unity Pro V11, the BMENOC's DDT and the HSBY M580 CPU's DDT have a new attribute called "NETWORK_HEALTH" that helps diagnose if the network is ok. If NETWORK_HEALTH is false, this might come from an unintend loop resulting in a broadcast strom.
Most likely reason is that BMENOC Ethernet backplane ports are activated and a second RSTP loop is created.
Note that in BMENOC 03x1firmware version 2.04 and above, the Ethernet backplane port is disabled when the NOC is in the no_conf state. This prevents unintended loops when the NOC is not configured.
