The option menu "Insert Free POU" is not yet available in SoMBasic v1.4

- Add a new free POU
- Select the new free POU
- Use the keyboard CTRL+X (cut)
- Select the Free POU where you want to insert the new free POU
- now use the keyboard Ctrl+V (paste)
