Power Monitoring Expert 8.1 - ION Real Time Data Service hotfix.
Issue
The attached hotfix addresses a number of ION Real Time Data Service issues in Power Monitoring Expert 8.1. This includes, but is not limited to:
* Resource leaks - threads/handles/memory
* Web Diagrams real time data stops updating. Restarting the ION XML services restores the data updating.
* VIP data stops updating.
* The ION OPC server leaks memory if an OPC client is continually connecting and then disconnecting.

Power Monitoring Expert (PME) 8.1
Resolution
The attached hotfix applies to Power Monitoring Expert 8.1 ONLY. For previous versions of PME, it is recommended to upgrade to Power Monitoring Expert 8.2.
WARNING: This hotfix requires manually replacing several core system files, therefore the Power Monitoring Expert directory should be backed up prior to deploying! Failure to properly deploy this hotfix could result in an inoperable Power Monitoring Expert system! Please contact Technical Support if there are any questions.
1. Shut down all ION services
2. Create a backup of the entire \Power Monitoring Expert\system\bin and \Power Monitoring Expert\applications directories.
3. Extract the zip file into the Power Monitoring Expert folder. Depending on the operating system, click 'Yes' to merge the directories and/or replace the files in the existing directory.
4. Restart the ION services.
Note: The following is a list of all of the files and their locations that are replaced by this hotfix.

Resolution
The attached hotfix applies to Power Monitoring Expert 8.1 ONLY. For previous versions of PME, it is recommended to upgrade to Power Monitoring Expert 8.2.
