ATV630 series drives, How do I bring the total input impedance up to 5%? The drive catalog shows 3% internal impedance already, do we add a 2% reactor?
Issue:
The ATV630 series drives have 3% impedance standard, is there a way to bring that up to 5%?

Product Line:
ATV600 series process drives.

Environment:
All models, All serial numbers

Cause:
Information unavailable in current literature.

Resolution:
In order to bring the equivalent input impedance of the ATV600 series drives to 5%, add a 3% line reactor ahead of the drive, not 2%. The input impedance is not linear so a 2% reactor added to the 3% internal equivalent impedance will not yield 5% input impedance.
